Worse ship I've sailed on yet. We booked this for the amazing itinerary - lots of port days and only one at sea day. We booked private excursions on most of the ports - did "on our own" in Riga, Klaipeda and Fredericia. The ship gets the 2 star rating. I found it old & out dated ( with a few exceptions in the public bars and lobby) We had a balcony on level 7. The teak railing was warped, varnish peeling, the hatch on the life boat awning was so warped and rusted that it would not close, dirt and rust and dirty or stained glass panels. Deck chairs were old, paint peeling in shower, old furniture in the Safari club. Food in windjammer was mediocre at best - better in MDR but nothing special - did have mostly good service. Had 2 servers with terrible problems understanding English. No ice machines in WJ and no self serve coffee - had to wait in line for both. No minute plan for internet - only $10 per day and up pricing. Worse stateroom attendant I've had - said hello but no other personal attention. The three shows we saw were great but other choices were not interesting - maybe because of the itinerary - Our Celebrity transatlantic had wonder entertainment every night. It felt very low budget - - this was my first and last cruise on S. of the S.!
