Food was average with limited/repeated options. By the last day had hard time finding something good to eat. We were also ordering the indian food at the starlite dining (formal dining) but the food didn't taste good. Was initially happy to see that they offered indian food option. I had better food experience at the other cruises (not RC). The casino didn't offer live poker. Staff was nice and friendly. Did not have much for entertainment throughout the day. Wish they had more activities to keep people involved. Kept going back again and again to the casino for entertainment and kept losing money. The movie selection was awesome - they were showing some of the very latest movies.

Empress of the Seas is the smallest ship in the fleet and I hope their other bigger/newer ship are better then this. I have taken a similar 5 day cruise with Carnival and had a better experience.

Showers too small. The carpet was dirty. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.
