Cabin: The Haven Spa Suite with Balcony

We just returned from a 6 night cruise on the Norwegian Escape.

This was our first cruise with NCL, and overall was a pretty good experience that had the potential to be a great one if we had been more familiar with their practices.

The ship is beautiful which being so new was not a surprise. Overall much larger than any previous ships we had ridden with other companies, and we did not run out of things to do, or shows to see.

Cabin Review

The Haven Spa Suite with Balcony

Cabin H9

Cabin was quite nice, bed was extremely comfortable with first class linens, tub was a great feature.

Port Reviews

Miami

Miami is a typical embarkation port. We boarded which was a decent experience

Cozumel

Cozumel is a beautiful port. We went shopping which was enjoyable. Be prepared for the "hard sell" at every doorway though

Nassau

Terrible port. Shopping just so so, extremely overcrowded and not a good experience at all in port, and getting back onboard was disorganized chaotic and took way too long. Least favorite port ever visited. This was our second visit here the last one 18 years ago and it has only gotten worse since then.
