My husband and I, my daughter, grandchildren, brother and sister in law have just retuned from a two week cruise around the Med. Things the ship did well:

The cruise director Rob was extremely good and worked hard to make sure everything was well. The cleanliness of the ship is good, check in and out very smooth. The variety of entertainment etc. was very good with a truly outstanding ice show and ice skating sessions over the holiday. A very comprehensive menu in the Windjammer and super snacks in the café.

Necessary improvements...

Promenade Stateroom

Cabin PR

Small but adequate. We never met our cabin steward but whoever it was kept it clean although didn't leave us a towel sculpture every night.
