Spa area is great but extra cost. Adult pool area is too small for the size of the ship. We have been in the getaway but since escape was a newer and bigger ship we were expecting a bigger pool area. Customer service was not as great either.

They keep making chances to the ubp, lots of good drinks have been removed from the menu to the point that the bartenders feel like a new employee when they come back from their vacation because they have to learn the menu again.

We had the udp and we were disappointed with la cucina restaurant, pizza is no longer on the menu. Read more
