We chose this cruise because we could only travel on certain dates and the ship was ranked very high in terms of good cruises for kids. Our family consists of 2 adults in mid four ties and two girls 11 and 15.
Day 1. we went to see the show Oh, What A Night. We arrived a little early, had comfortable seats, and really liked the show. I loved the music full of laughs. Okay for kids 11 and up. I also tried the 11pm comedy show with the female comedian. This was the adult only show but it was a little too adult for this 47 yo so I did not stay. The probably fine for others, it was just a bit much for me. The first night we ate at Taste, table 53 Mariana. We had a lovely family dinner. She was great. We had the Garden Cafe for launch and late night snack. It was great!
We arrived to the ort around 1- there was a long line that went very quickly to get on board. Our rooms were ready, and lunch was ready. We did find seating in the garden cafe We did have to look but It was fine. We registered our kids for Entourage and splash. My 11 yo loved it. She made a friend right away. My 15 yo made a friend went to a movie and got home the first night at 1 AM. We do not drink much so we can't speak to the value of any beverage package and did no speciality dining. My husband had two beers over the entire cruise.
We loved the cabin. Alberto, our Stewart was great about making sure the room was always prepared need we always seemed to have everything we needed for our next activity. We are two pretty large people and both my 11 yo and 15 yo are 5 ft and above. My husband is 6'1''. We were all very comfortable in the cabin. Also, people complain about storage and I don't know what they are talking about. We unpacked four people with room to walk and room to spare. It is weird that people complain about storage in these state rooms.
Okay
