First cruise, mixed review. Staying in the Haven was a most amazing experience. The butler was on the spot as was most of the staff. The room was also great.

The specialty restaurants were pretty good for the most part, though the buffets were so-so.

Late nights on this ship were an adventure, for sure. The ship was clearly serving hard alcohol to teens, 18 and below, despite having a posted policy of "beer and wine" for those 18 with a signed parental permission slip. I was appalled to see so many under 18 teens drinking alcoholic beverages and equally disturbed at the fights which broke out at various spots involving drunken teens. It was my impression that NCL had no interest in enforcing any alcohol age rules. When I spoke with the security director, he informed me that he only had 4 officers on board. 4 officers for 4,000 passengers? Any how, dealing with intoxicated teenagers, fights and vomit were not what I anticipated on this cruise.

Beautiful room! Some mechanical issues, though. Service was impeccable.
