As this was our first cruise, we were uncertain what to expect and boy were we happy. The embarkation process was simple, quick and efficient. As many others have stated, we were on board by 12:00 noon, in the dining room shortly thereafter and our suitcases delivered to our staterooms by 1:15 p.m. Our stateroom was clean, comfortable and well maintained by our cabin stewards. They were absolutely fantastic as was all the service and personnel on board the Eurodam. It is hard for me to believe some of the other reviews where they had less than stellar service. Never did we encounter a "non" smiling face nor did someone fail to greet us.

My husband was a bit concerned when I told him we were going on a cruise, however, this experience has changed his mind and he is looking forward to the next one!

We also opted for the Dine as You Wish service and this afforded us the opportunity to meet many different people. This was a wonderful experience. We were able to relax over dinner, actually take the time to enjoy the meal and great conversations. I would choose this eating option again. We never experienced long waits at the Lido, however, we are early risers and had we not eaten until 9:00 a.m., yes there was a wait (what do people expect when ordering fresh made food?.
