First time cruise with our 12 and 16 year olds. Stayed 2 nights in Rome first then caught the train from Termini to Civitavecchia . Boarding was quick and easy as the majority of passengers board at Barcelona and we were on board and eating lunch just after midday.

We had an inside family cabin which was a tight squeeze for the 4 of us but well appointed and always spotlessly cleaned by our steward Benedict. Having said that we literally slept and changed in there so it was fine for a week.

The ship is big but we soon found our way around . We were lucky our cabin 13073 was close to the buffet and the pool area so we could use the stairs rather than wait for the lifts.

Family Inside

Cabin I1

Small for 4 people. Lighting could have been better. Shower and toilet set up was strange but there is a curtain for privacy. Very clean and good storage considering there were 4 of us.
