Awesome trip on Empress of the Seas

We booked this ship to see what it will be like for the future Cuba cruises. First off, all those reviews you read that degrade the little mermaid are false.

Although the oldest and smallest of the RCCL armada, EOS has the heart and soul of a princess.

Cabin Review

Cabin Owners Suite

it had a wonderful balcony that was on the starboard side 7th deck. We had a table and 4 chairs plus two loungers. While not as large as some, the view was unsurpassed for sailing into ports. Lots of drawer space and two closets – very adequate for a 5 night cruise. Ladies – it does have a lighted magnifying mirror – our bulb burnt out but it should now be replaced. Note – the noise and vibration the bow thrusters make is horrendous. You will wake up at pier docking. But that’s trivial.

There is a tub and a nice shower with pressure. The bathroom is well lit and everything worked.
