Inconsistent. Great ship, modern, efficient. Staff engagement inconsistent.

Observation:

Parking lot to check-in is not efficient. Waited 30+ minutes in bumper to bumper traffic to luggage area.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Observation: Clean, modern, efficient and Intelligently laid out. Lots of room for 3 people, including pull-out couch. It's not a suite, though.

Lots of 120V outlets and a couple of low-amp USB connections:

Recommendation: Bring a 240V to 120V convertor to gain one more plug-in.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Day Bed: Always book this. Great way to get shade and comfort. Unfortunately, they no longer give you exclusive view from bed to water - you are surrounded by others.

King's Wharf

Nice shops on shore.

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Horrible location. This is a disaster for RCI.
