Traveled to Bermuda for a wedding with a large group. The island of Bermuda was gorgeous, the beaches were well-kept and very clean. However, the cruise was very disappointing.

We had terrible customer service, to say the staff was accommodating would be a great understatement. The food was terrible and our meals arrived cold multiple nights after waiting 45+ minutes. Don't expect to eat anything remotely healthy for this 7 day cruise, the only vegetables available are soaked in butter or olive oil. The layout of the buffet dining area was inconvenient. Sitting down for a complimentary dinner cannot be freely decided last minute as you will have a 30+ minute wait in the main dining room or AQUA, their other complimentary dining area. We made reservations to sit TOGETHER as a large group (15 people) and every single time, the staff split us up into separate tables. The children's pool was closed for the first 4 days of the trip, due to drainage issues. Children under 3 were not allowed in the adult pool, even with an adult. Most of us bought the unlimited beverage package, but the staff doesn't tell you that drinks over $15 will be charged to your room, you must pay the amount exceeding $15. Additionally, drinks bought while docked in Boston are taxed and you must pay the tax on each drink, also charged to your room unknowingly. There is a $15 service charge per person, per night, for tipping the crew. For three people, expect to pay an extra $280 total just for these service charges. The entertainment was sub-par, activities weren't great. Most activities come with an additional charge of some sort. To play one round of bingo can cost $25 per card. Bermuda was beautiful, we had nice sunny weather. Horseshoe bay is a must see! A lot of people on our cruise were very disappointed. I've been on three previous cruises with Royal Caribbean and, after this trip, I will never cruise with Norwegian again.
