Oasis is a case of bigger NOT being better. This was our 4th RC cruise and we have wanted to sail on this ship for the past few years. We finally booked an Aqua suite and three cabins for our party of ten. Suite was nice, roomy and more than enough seating for our party. Coastal kitchen food and ambience better than Grande dining or Windjammer dining. Food overall was a major disappointment. Lacked variety and never warm. Food and service in Chops Grille specialty restaurant was excellent.

Entertainment mediocre and difficult to access because reservations are required for everything. Difficult to accommodate a party of ten. Everything seems to close at 9 except leftover pizza and subs on deck 5 . No midnight buffet, no ice sculptures. Cruise director and sidekick were lame and not entertaining.

Ship is very large with lots of walking to get anywhere so be prepared to spend 10 min walking to wherever you need to go. Shopping onboard has very limited inventory and prices are not better than state side. I always enjoy the Park West art auctions but auctioneer staff this cruise were aggressively pushy and snobby, especially Jennifer. Not what we have experienced on previous cruises. Overall we will not sail Royal Carribean again. Carnival is a much better cruise experience - value, food and service. We have sailed 9 of their cruises with consistent positive overall experiences.

Aquatheater Suite with Balcony - Deck 9

Cabin A2

Probably the only good thing about this ship was our acqua theatre suite. Comfortable, roomy with great bathroom and deck.
