Crab feast!
A local resident!

My friend and I (both seniors) wanted to visit Alaska from Vancouver and then did the Rocky Mountaineer train journey followed by coach tour ending up in Calgary.

The cruise was just fantastic in every way, cabin, food, service, entertainment, shore excursions but the highlight was the scenery along the way including the magnicifent Hubbard Glacier.

The shore excusions we chose were the Wildlife Explorer where we walked with a guide but unfortunately did not see a bear, the Dog Sled trip which was amazing and the Crab Feast with a boat trip beforehand where we were able to hold live crabs! All thoroughly enjoyed and value for money.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View with Balcony 2A

Cabin 2A

Everything was just great although when the beds were made into twins, it was a little tight for space between the one bed and the sofa bed. Anything we asked for was provided and the cabin was kept clean and tidy. The cabin steward was always very helpful and smiling.

Port Reviews

Vancouver

Love Vancouver, there is so much to see and do. We had vouchers for the Vancouver lookout tower which was superb. We went to Granville Island on the ferry (5 minute journey) again so much to see and do there with a wonderful fruit and vegetable market to peruse and lots of individual shops. We also took the tour bus, hop on and hop off, and got off in Stanley Park to have lunch. A wonderful city.
