The prices were great for a 7 day cruise, children 12 and under were free with an adult (except for daily fees). Destinations were great (Ocho Rios Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Nassau).

Website is a mess, slow, links did not go anywhere or took you in a loop that brought you back where you started.. Could not log in to book a WiFi package or excursions a week before the actual trip. When I called the customer service number, they first tell you that you can't book excursions 2 days before the cruise. After you point out that it is a week before the cruise, they tell you they will try, but then can't either because of problems with the systems. Finally, they suggest that you keep trying and you may get through. As a consequence, I booked no excursions before the cruise. Because they were either full by the time we got on board, or they did not show up in the kiosk where you were supposed to book them on the ship. One excursion (Everybody Loves Rays) showed up in the kiosk the night before we landed in Cozumel, but the price was higher than it was when we tried to book in advance.

Voyagers Club website is also jacked up, it that takes you in circles and keeps repeating the same info. When you try to update your profile, it will not let you. Voyagers Club is too bad to even be a joke. We (my wife and I) were pre-qualified as Gold Members in the club, and had an email from the cruise line stating that. Per the on board representative, our matching is not in the system so no benefits were available to us. But, he said, "If we provide the same information that was already given to the company, he will see what if he can do to get status updated in the system. Followed by, if you have the information that you provided from RCL to do the match, give that to him and he will see what he can do. Really? How do you know what line we pre-qualified from if it doesn't show up in the system? We had a paper copy of the the email confirmation but that wasn't sufficient. My wife got her spa package, but it wasn't free like it was supposed to be with our 'Gold Status' that we still don't have.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Spacious and bright, comfortable bed and sofa.

Port Reviews

Miami

Had a great family meal at Famous Dave's

Ocho Rios

Wandered around the port area and visited 2 shopping areas during the time we were there. No problems.

Cozumel

Roamed the area near the dock. Lots of changes since the last visit 2 years ago.

Nassau

Lots of changes since our last visit, but the Straw Market is still an experience.
