Not recommended for English speaking or US residents. The staff are disrespectful, rude, very unorganized, never on time, staff never smiles, once cruise over never says thanks or acknowledges you. This is an international ship that provides for the Italians. Boring itinerary, no courtesy shuttle having all ports too far to destination highlights and Costa will rip your wallet on charging too much for a shuttle. Towels are old and gross to use. Décor so old with stains, etc. shower curtain too short making it a mess to take a shower. Always continental breakfasts. Never hot meals. You miss your designated dinner time, no dinner. Buffet horrible food. After numerous notifications and requests for diet and twin beds vs queen. They didn't care and will do things on their time and when they feel if will be done. During mandatory meetings all they do is promote another cruise with them. Very pushy.

They charge for everything possible...pizza, etc.
