I have truly enjoyed reading the clueless reviews on this ship--i cant get a drink. it was too loud ,the floor was was going to fall in .the grand kids were kept awake---ETC---BULL. we had a ball--55 + parents and a 15 year old child, in what one review said was the worst cabin on the ship. not so--large balcony no broken chairs(as one review stated) great service--got full use of drink package, food in dinning room was outstanding as was service. the ship is going in to dry dock in October but we found all areas on the ship clean and well taken care of.--so--if you are planing on a cruise--first do your homework such as deck 9 and ten are closet to the pool deck, guess what they swim , drink and have party's on the pool deck. Know what floor the clubs are on (IE the disco, theater ETC there will be noise above and below those areas) look at a deck plan. Second read between the lines of bad reviews--does stuff break sure it does do people get loud and enjoy themselves yes they do. do crew members have a bad day after working 7 months in a row seven days a week(that's is there contract folks just ask) sure they do-- Its a cruise ,it you can find and activity to try or a place to have fun or even a quite spot on the ship--your not looking. Best bar on the ship by far for us was the champagne bar--outstanding service great pride in drinks and presentation we loved it.---oh to answer on one persons issue with the bathroom they went to great lengths to explain that they have a sensitive waste system. in fact there we notes everywhere(its a suction system and when people flush what they are not suppose to flush it can cause issue ) we had no issue and the system was pumped out while we were in port(x2)- San Jaun was outstanding the people were fantastic--will go again. looking forward to seeing this ship after dry dock--I will take this "battle-wagon" any day
