First timers cruising, so our expectations were high, first let down, as we were already in Corfu, we were first on the ship, but no one to greet us, and the luggage had disappeared. I tracked down the cases about 2 hours later sitting outside a service lift. When all the other passengers started to arrive, the ship became a hive of activity and there was staff to meet and greet. But also many staff trying to sell you wine packages, up grades on your AI package, sell sell sell.
The buffet style restaurants felt more like school canteens complete with bright yellow trays, the queues were always mega long, especially for breakfast when you had to wait in one queue even when you didn't want most of the things on offer. They should break the breakfast up into sections so you can just queue for what you want.
The toilets where always broken and the public toilets were often out of order, so this meant you spent a long time queuing. Why do they not just ban putting the toilet tissue down the toilets like they do in Greece, this would solve the problem, instead of going hours without a toilet or going into a full to the brim public toilet?
Cabin was what we expected - did the job we needed for a week's cruising. Could do with removing all the food items they want you to buy, who is ever hungry on an All Inclusive holiday??????
