First of all I was told by a few different people on the royal caribbean central number that if you were in a suite, all water was complimentary, well I was miss informed. Second. My husband and I wanted a ship with poker on it. I called and spoke with the casino of Royal Carribbean and was told they do have a regular texas holdem table on board. Well the only texas holdem table is played on a black jack table with high seats I am disabled and can not sit in the high seats. Number three the food on the ships was terrible. I don't mean just one meal. Every meal was horrible. My husband said I never finished a plate. They try to charge a premium each night if you wanted lobster or filet mignon. We went on to try the specialty restaurant Giovanni;s . Food was horrible. Service just as bad. Took 1 and half hours to get food. Ship had a lot of mainteance problems. Wet spot in our room.

We were in a grand suite. Bed is advertised as a King size bed. This bed is not a King size bed. Was a queen size Bed. False advertising. The room was hot. We would wake up in the middle of the night each not in a sweat. It seems like they would turn off the air for several hours. Very uncomfortable Sailed with Royal Caribbean many years ago. They have definately gone down hill. They are trying to make money with the specialty restaurants and serve absolute crap. I tried to go into the jakuzzi, but there is a big step there. I made it in and had to crawl out. They need to put an extra step in their hot tubs. No consideration for people with disabilities. The pools are difficult also. Staff not overly friendly. More concerned with keeping costed down for company than taking care of customers. Other ships had at least pizza late night. Here practically nothing. Crap. I don't know if new owners took over or what, but I know we spent $5,000 + and did not have a good experience. I will write as many reviews as I can. I don't want others to have the same bad experience. My husband and I both feel the same way.
