the worst experience we ever had so far at Carnival cruises . we had overnight flight and arrived at 6 am , embarkation didn't start until 10 am . the room was not ready until 2 :30 pm . The cabin need upgrading . ( small TV. old furniture . etc) . we didn't get out luggage until 9pm . so we couldn't change into new clothes or clean up after long trip from home, the cabin was located on the 8 th deck under the Lido deck - where dining and pool is located . so forget about sleeping at night , all night long the house keeping staff where moving metal furniture and tables. , after multiple phone calls on the middle of the night to customer service - they told me that there where no available cabins left and they gave me ear plugs and 20% discount , but it didn't cover my ruined vacation and no sleep for 8 nights,
