Bland food, non-working toilets, apathetic staff, & no deck chairs available.

Not up to the normal RCCL caliber in quality of food, service, and ship. We had to call maintenance almost every day because the toilet in our Suite wouldn't flush!

Most people who booked in Europe got a free drink package so they reduced the number of bartenders and waiters to reduce the amount of drinks sold so it was difficult to get waited on.

No where near enough deck chairs and LOTS of angry folks who couldn't get one. Lots of "ghosts", chairs with towels on them but no people. Almost all the chairs were taken by 8:00 each day. Staff finally started removing towels from empty chairs a few days in, which ended up making some guests very mad and at least one family was removed from the ship for assaulting a staff member.
