This was our 50th anniversary cruise. We had very bad service at dinner! The assistant waiter was missing most of the time, leaving the waiter to buss tables and wait on over 16 people at two tables by himself. The breakfast and lunch buffets were mediocre at best compared to any Las Vegas buffet. The main dining room service and food was subpar compared to other cruises we have been on. The carpet in our cabin desperately needed cleaning or replacement also. The bars and shops were very good. The shore excursions were excellent. Our cabin steward was excellent and tended to our every need. As I said before, the food and main dining room service were subpar, which was one of the things we were looking forward to. Definitely took away from the total cruise experience. When we take another cruise it most definetly won't be on the Crown Princess. Very disappointed in Princess Cruises. Princess basically gave us a mediocre 50th anniversary cruise!
