Uniworld came highly recommended by our travel agent. It did not disappoint! We sailed from Paris to Normandy. The tour guides were excellent. The ship's staff were superb and well beyond expectations. The food was excellent and they provided gluten free bread to our traveling companion who is intolerant. The wine selections were great and we learned about them each evening before dinner. We were in a suite and had the services of a butler and we learned not to say, "I wish" because it would happen. Housekeeping was perfect and never intrusive.

We had the occasion to have one of the passages have a medical issue on a bus tour and were sent to a hospital. They sent a staff member to coordinate services and help get her back to the ship.
