Cabin: Superior Balcony
Never again. The so called "Superior Balcony Cabin" was filthy. Furniture drawers had not been cleaned out for months with residual filth including a drawer which refused to close because of soiled underwear left behind.
Response to complaint poor - was offered a move to a state cabin but it was little better in terms of cleanliness. Our cabin was never hoovered during the entire trip.
Restaurant staff were very good but meals served were mediocre.

Filthy. Unable to store away clothing - had to live out of suitcase entire trip. Used underwear left behind by some previous occupant preventing drawer to close properly.
Cabin never hoovered entire trip despite being requested.
