Selected this cruise for destination to Bermuda and thought would try Royal Caribbean line. I was very disappointed. Thought I would like the larger ship and while the room and flashy technology upgrades were nice, it did not replace service and friendliness of staff. It was a packed cruise and beverage service was the worst. Having to carry around a cup like a 2 year old was terrible and the drink machines were either broken or empty. The pool was a teenage nightmare and even took over the "adult areas ". You had to get up and claim a spot befor the sun can up. Food was disappointing especially in the cafeteria areas. Felt like you had to fight for food and employees did not care if things ran out or not. Place was consistently dirty or slippery floor. Bars were never wiped off. Sticky messes everywhere. Best part were the days off ship. Paid a great deal of money for this cruise and definitely not a value for money. Room was very nice and the best part of cruise.
