Just back from Magic of Spain on TUI Discovery.

No problem at airport re API with BA. All went smoothly, plenty of legroom. Early flight got us on board by noon. Definitely would go with BA again if available.

Ship is lovely. All public areas are renovated to high standard. Atrium area has wow factor. Lounges are all different so cater well for all. We did find the Live Room cold which was a pity because the Atrium got very busy and entertainment was excellent in both. Some nights it wasn't so cold but others it was like a fridge. Hope they sort it out soon.

Cabin Review

Cabin Deck 3 Outside

Big window. Lovely comfortable bed. Lots of hanging space and hangers. Lots of drawer space. Hidden shelves behind mirrors for keeping bits n pieces in. Free safe. Shower room refurbished. Shower fine except curtain chased me relentlessly. Lots of hot water. Could improve quality of bodywash.

Our toilet wasn't working properly for first 3 days. Kept reporting it and maintenance kept saying it was fixed but it wasn't. When I finally went RAJ they properly cleared a blockage which was there since day one. (Blamed us of course even though we've been on 8 cruises and know the rules). After they cleared the problem properly, we had no further issues at all. Location of cabin is excellent. Near to restaurants, entertainment and disembarkation. Lifts are plentiful and fast so getting to pool area no problem.
