Boarding and leaving the ship in each port was well executed. The Transat agent was on their game and extremely customer focused keeping us up to date and making tour recommendations that proved accurate. Cabin cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job.

Drink service on the pool deck was wanting. Since staff did not approach me to take a drink order, I continually went to the bar to get my own drinks. It was irritating when a waitress cut in front of me as I was ordering my drink, so she could place hers. The bar tender apologized and the assistant bar manager went out of his way to find me on the deck, hear my concerns and also apologized. Drink staff appeared juvenile having fun talking and neglecting customers during the day.

The food; at best was average. The food on the buffet seemed to be selected with an eye to minimizing costs. I was surprised to see that most selections consisted of beef, pork, chicken and fish. Lots of vegetables. If you expect seafood, my experience is that it was conspicuously absent, i.e. shrimp, octopus, squid...This was a surprise given it's a Mediterranean cruise. The food in the a la carte restaurant was better however we only had one chance to dine there.
