Excellent cruise on a beautiful ship. The ship still had the "new ship feel" even though it was already about a year old when we sailed. It was beautiful and clean. The decor was amazing. The cabins were roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms were especially roomy and not like other cruise ships we have been on. This could also apply to many on-shore hotel rooms we have stayed at. The ship's staff and crew were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was delicious ranging from the buffet to the more formal dining restaurants. The in-room service was prompt and equally delicious.

We had traveled on the Viking River Cruise as well and feel that this Viking Ocean Cruise trip is equal to that great experience. This was also verified by other first time Viking Ocean cruise passengers who were experienced Viking River cruisers.

The inclusive tours were also very good, enjoyable, and informative. The tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable with good tips and local information. Especially helpful when locating nearby restroom facilities! The bus drivers were amazing when navigating thru busy roads and narrow streets. Read more
