July 17-21, 2016 First Family Reunion on cruise ship and was it disappointing. I've cruised on several Carnival ships and the Victory is the worst experience ever. Ship smelled like sewage the entire 4 days, food was aweful and the staff was rude, I ask waitress for a spoon she told me they are on the line by the plates and pointed me in the that direction and walked off. Staff act like they hated their job.

Our complimentary $25 credit and or wine for our room, instead the wine was served at dinner.spoke to a Ivanna about issues, she’s eating breakfast right now. She never responded back until the 3rd day into the cruise, per Carnival we are not to receive the $25, the Serenity deck on the opposite side Jacuzzi wasn’t working and they were doing repairs during the cruise and the pool water was dirty. we had to pay for a cruise on a boat that was half working. our group said that they will not sail with Carnival again.
