Cabin: Owner's Suite

We have been on quite a few cruises and many of them with Royal Caribbean. But this ship was such a terrible experience not sure we will ever go on Royal Caribbean again. We were in the Owners suite so our room was nice however the service on board was terrible. The server our first night was rude and ignored us until one of his other tables left. The girl at guest services literally rubbed her temples like we were giving her a headache and told us to be at the restaurant at 8AM the next morning if we wanted to change our server. Just on and on. The cabin person never stopped by our room but decided that he would just leave the pull out couch all day and we could deal with it. The guest service person that finally paid attention just wanted to know what we wanted. We could have a procedure from the spa but just one of us, or a surf and turf. Like somehow the aggravation we had dealt with would be resolved with a piece of lobster. Terrible experience. Don't go on this ship!

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite

Cabin OS

Cabin was nice but not clean. The paperwork in the room was not clean, old food stained price list for the mini bar, the binder felt food stained. No tissues in tissue holder and the cabin person only gave us one washcloth with four people in the room.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

No issues

Nassau

Nassau is always fun. Great energy, fun locals and the shopping is great. The customs area is under construction which makes it a little difficult to get on and off the islands.
