Absolutely awful. The food was mostly awful. We sent more than one meal back - something we never do - it was that bad. The "Broadway" shows are NOWHERE NEAR bradway quality. You reserve a seat - means nothing - its all first come first serve anyway. With 4123 other passengers you will spend most of the time in line somewhere. The pool was impossible to get seats and WAY overcrowded - every day, all day. Bar servce was sloooooooooow. After all, it was all inclusive right? WRONG! Something we would want was always upcharged. If you wanted access to the haven, it was $700 per person. Basically if you didnt buy the very most expensive package they offered, if you could even get one, you can forget a relaxing time, they could care less, and you could fly to Bermuda, book the most expensive place on elbow beach in Bermuda, stay 5 nites, have good food and drinks brought to you at the beach, and have a 1000% better time, while actually saving $$$.
