Sail Date: May 2016
Cabin: Studio Interior Stateroom with Virtual View

New large ship with lots of unique features.

Production shows are truly amazing! Guest performers and In-house entertainers were very talented.

I have taken many RCCL cruises, consider myself a loyal customer to RCCL and Celebrity.

Cabin Review

Studio Interior Stateroom with Virtual View

Cabin SI

The interior studio stateroom was claustrophobic. Very disappointing, poorly designed, would not recommend. (I have had an interior studio on the Quantum - it was much better.)

Ridiculous false drawer below the clothes closet, so shallow it was only good to hold papers etc. (The photo shown on the Cruise Critic website for this category of cabin is incorrect - the large virtual balcony, floor to ceiling, is in the regular inside staterooms, not the studios.)

Port Reviews

Dubai

Dubai always very busy but interesting.

Port personnel very helpful.

Muscat

Visited the busy souk - it was hectic but all the merchants were pleasant and helpful.

Penang

First visit. Walked and explored. Took the local bus, free to tourists.

Singapore

Went directly to airport by taxi. Driver helpful and courteous.

(Cost is less if you walk to the outside of the cruise-port terminal then take a waiting taxi.)

Kochi (Cochin)

No rating as I did not intend to get off the ship. Had no visa.
