Sail Date: Jul 2016

We took NCL Escape in July going to St.Thomas, Tortola, and Nassau; my first time, my mom’s second time (she had previously been on Celebrity). We were very disappointed.

We had booked our balcony room about a week before on a last minute trip. Our room was nice, and clean, and our steward was very kind and helpful. However, this was probably the best part of the trip.

In the dining rooms, bars, customer service, and the outside bars staff did not seem friendly or willing to help you. They seem bothered by the fact that we asked for alcoholic drinks with meals. None of the staff offered to bring drinks at the outside pools or lounge areas.
