This was our third cruise and I rate the Solstice's crew and staff easily the best of the three: better than Crystal Serenity's and RC's Oasis of the Seas. Didn't try Solstices speciality restaurants, but overall food was nearly as good as Crystal, and much better than Oasis of the Seas. Ship itself was very good, excellent common areas and viewing decks, although Oasis had more activities for teens. As for excursions, I suggest doing your research. Solstice's excursion were somewhat disappointing, although we did select less expensive day trips.Besides two teens, we also traveled with our 6 month of grand daughter and the Solstice's staff was amazingly responsive to her special needs, which we especially appreciated. Embarking, disembarking was smooth maybe because of our upgraded cruise package. But after disembarking, it was a nightmare. This was not the Solstice fault, but I probably won't cruise out of Seattle again. Another large ship, Explorer of the Seas, was belching passengers and the quay was impossibly crowded and gridlocked with taxis, limos, and vans.

Celebrity Suite

Cabin CS

Very comfortable, good climate controls, quiet, bathroom small but functioned well for two adults and two teen boys.
