Embarkation and Disembarkation went well, the ship is ok but the pool and buffet restaurant are too small for all these people. The level of service is not the best, with room not properly cleaned and the hallways are a disaster with food all over for many hours. The staff is very friendly but if the room is not clean....

I was very disappointed with food (not a great quality or choice) both at the restaurant Villa Rossa and at the buffet. Entertainment and Excursions were good and fairly well organized.

Communication was also very disappointing. We had some perks written on our ticket (confirmed by MSC) that were not honored on the ship (free massage, free spa).

How can you have a suite cabin without balcony ? The room was pretty standard, the TV is very small, hard to see from the bed.
