Sail Date: Jul 2016

We have cruised with Saga several times before, enjoying their small ship atmosphere, and were keen to visit the Norwegian Fjords.

Saga Sapphire is a spacious ship and the cabins (we were in an outside cabin on level 5) are a generous size.

Our first shock was, when booking, to find that two days after receiving the brochure we found that prices has been increased by 10% - all cabins as offered were already sold. We almost cancelled, but decided we liked the itinerary so confirmed the booking. Not a good start, however, and not handled very diplomatically by Saga staff.
