We chose this cruise for its ports of call. And we were very pleased with ALL of the ports.

It was a great sized ship as we were able to dock at ALL of the ports, no tenders--Yipee.

Embarkation and disembarkation were extremely smooth.

Cabin Review

Verandah Suite

Cabin BA

The cabins need ANOTHER makeover. Our bathtub was disgustingly old. The fixtures in the bath area were rusted. Our veranda was also rusty and had peeling paint. One wall had a huge gash in it and the patch was worse than if they had left it unrepaired.

No coffee maker and Bose Docking Speaker system as advertised.

Port Reviews

Homer

I took the tour that takes you across the bay (30 minute boat taxi) and hiked about 5 or 6 miles to a lake and glacier. Beautiful views and wonderful guides and water taxi gals!!

Kodiak

The tour we wanted was full, so we walked the town. Good museum and churches to see. I think this is an "up and coming" port and they should offer more tours because it is gorgeous.
