Disappointed!
First let me say that within days of our cruise (5/15/16) I wrote Royal Caribbean directly, complete their survey, and to date (7/21/16) haven't heard anything in response. If they had, I may not have get the need to write this review. I prefer to write reviews about positive experiences - not negative ones.
Our biggest issue was that my friend is Vegan and they totally dropped the ball on this point. It was a condition that we covered extensively with the agent who booked our cruise. It was her very first cruise and a celebration for having just graduated with her Master's Degree in Social Work. We had hair on a plate from Room Service one morning as well. The Dining Room staff were so obvious in their goal to get good reviews on the survey - they kept reminding us to file out the survey -even though clearly they had not done a good job at fulfilling my friend's need for a Vegan requested meal plan.
Smaller than any Balcony Stateroom I've had before. Snarky female room attendant.
