Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

My husband and I just came back from our 7 day Western Caribbean cruise on the Getaway. Were cruise a few times a year but only our 4th time with NCL. Unfortunately we will not cruise this line again.

Cabin - ok. Smaller than Royal and Celebrity, but ok, we had room for our luggage, the only time it was bothersome was when I wanted to read on our balcony, the balconies are very tight.

Ship - ok. There are not a lot of open areas so to get from one end of ship to the other seems crowded. I did like the Adult only pool area (it does get hot on the back of the ship) but it was a lot less crowed than the pool area. Pool area was disappointing although it did not really effect our trip, we were without kids so were happy with adult area. I did like the different venues, ie. Fat Cats lounge, designated comedy lounge, etc. Overall it was OK.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BD

Good room. It was near an elevator (I like the easy access) but there was not noise that bothered us. Balcony was really small and we were over the Italian restaurant so that overhang was directly below our balcony. Not really a big deal for us but you should be aware.
