We were originally booked on the Elbe River for a 2015 Cruise, but the trip was cancelled 4 days before we left because of low River conditions. We were given a $2,000 voucher towards another trip and chose to do the Rhine River Cruise the end of May. The trip was just what we wanted in the terms of relaxation, leisurely excursions that were included in the price and beutiful scenery along the way. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a 2 room suite that was very nice. Plenty of space to store our luggage under the bed, 2 TV's with one being in the living room and the other in the bedroom, enough room for 2 people to be in the bathroom at the same time if necessary, comfortable king sized bed, easy access to the dining room and lounge areas from staterooms, delicious food, friendly wait staff who catered to our every need and beyond, and a friendly and helpful team of administrators. We really enjoyed the service from Pavol, who served the table we always chose to sit at, because of his friendliness and expertise.

Towards the end of the trip, heavy rains caused the River to rapidly rise. The passengers were constantly informed of any docking changes or necessary changes to our itinerary because of the heavy rains. They also had plenty of large umbrellas on hand for passengers to use. My husband was thrilled to see a putting green on the upper deck and I took advantage of the walking track. Check in and check out was so easy. Everything about theses procedures were very organized and we were giving plenty of notice as to what time to have our suitcases packed and ready for departure. The staff carried our luggage on and off the boat, which helped insure passenger safety. Excellent trip that far exceeded our expectations. We will do another one, or maybe two or three in the near future!
