We have travelled with Viking before and it is far and away our favourite cruise line for sea cruises and river cruises.
The crew is friendly, from the officers to the cleaning staff and everyone in between. The crew is treated with respect by the officers with the consequence that the service is given with pride to every detail. It is truly a team.
We liked the size of the ship. It was easy to get around and very conveniently planned. People, crew and passengers, get to know one another on a vessel of this size.

Nice balcony, convenient to everything. Good storage. Cabin attendant was very attentive
Beverages and treats were replaced everyday free of charge.
Spotless! Secure. The bed was very comfortable. Heated bathroom floor controlled by a switch.
