Cabin: The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

We came in to port the night before to avoid any airline hangups. We were staying in the Haven so check-in was a breeze. The overall experience was outstanding. We took advantage of the dining and drink plans and were glad we did. No hassles and no lines. Unfortunately all was not well with the Haven on the Escape.

This was our third Haven experience and compared to the other two, this one was not relaxing nor enjoyable. First, all was not bad. The Dining Room Staff, Concierge and Bar Attendants provided top notch service.

Back to the issues we had. Way too many people trying to use the Haven and its small pool with insufficient amount of lounge chairs. We understand July is a typical family vacation month so we expected some children but, this was crazy. Must have been some NCL promotion on "let's see how many people we can squeeze in a cabin and public area."

Cabin Review

The Haven Courtyard Penthouse with Balcony

Clean, well-kept. Balcony size was more than expected.

Tortola

It was nice rubbing elbows with the rich and famous.
