This was our 4th cruise and our son's first. Having being worried that he'd be bored or wouldn't find enough to do, we were so wrong. In fact he enjoyed it so much and made so many friends that he can't wait for the next one.

Let's start with the flight - the only thing that let down the holiday. We booked a Thomson -package to receive the tickets to find that we were on a Thomas Cook flight and they only gave us 20k allowance when the brochure is 25k (we flew from Humberside). The leg room was 28inches - with 2 passengers over 6ft 3in - I can assure you it was a very long uncomfortable 4 hour trip in a dirty plane - we had to brush and pick the sweets off the seats before we sat down (no excuse as the plane had been sat on the runway 3 hours before we took off)

Now the good bits - Thomson Celebration deserve an award. It isn't a very big ship but plenty big enough for a fantastic holiday. The food and service was impressive, falling over themselves to assist in any way they can. Our cabin was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. The rest of the ship was clean and there were continuous cleaning, washing and sprucing throughout to keep it this way.

Cabin Review

Thomson Celebtration Suite - Good space, bath and shower, bath robes, good towels, clean. Cabin 60 near lift so sometimes heard the 'ding' of the doors opening - go for 56 or lower to get away from lift.
