Past experience on RCCL has been outstanding. This was far from that. Getting on was easy and painless. The cabin was very good and clean. Depending on where you were on the ship the service ranged from downright poor to above average. Getting off the ship was easy.
First night we dined in a complementary dining room. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the service and food was terrible....to the point that we dined in the pay restaurants the rest of the cruise. The pay restaurants were head and shoulders above the complimentary dining.
The entertainment in the beginning seemed like it would be awesome. By the second day we were searching everywhere to see what was happening that day.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony
The cabin was clean and well maintained. The balcony was a good size. The cabin seemed more spacious than others we have been in.
