Twenty cruises with various companies first and last with thompson dream,from day one smell of sewage in cabin and corridor, asked to be moved but no response from anyone ,booked an outside cabin but needn't have bothered the window was so dirty inside and out we couldn't see through it.In the main restaurant first night we were asked we would like some water which we accepted only to be told after it was poured we would have to pay for it as it was bottled.After the waiter had sold everyone the bottled water another waiter appeared with free iced water in a jug, a blatant attempt to sell water to unsuspecting passengers.Most of the public toilets seemed to be out of order for most of the cruise and no one seemed to want to remedy the problem .The buffet was like a school canteen with wait times up to 30 minutes,the food quality was very poor and mostly bland and tasteless,the first cruise I have actually lost weight on.hygeine amongst the cleaning staff is none existent with cleaners seen using the same cloth to clean handrails as to clean the toilets leaving most surfaces sticky to the touch.value for money ? no.helpful staff ,no. Complaints are ignored.First bad experience on a cruise but it will not put me off going with better cruise lines.
