The beverage package is not of any value. Like most lines the internet package is expensive though the coverage was pretty good on this cruise. The coffee shop is a real weakness, the hours start at 8:00 which is late to wait for a real cup of coffee. The dining room was quite nice and the food there was excellent. The wine tasting event was very very poor, and the wine selection over all was weak. The embarkation was the best that we have ever had as was the disembarkation. The ports were all great. The entertainment was not why we cruise so the only thing that we took in was a night in the Blues Bar which was enjoyable for one evening. Other than the man in charge of seating in the dining restaurant, no one went out of their way to make our trip special or memorable. The low ceiling in a lot of the public areas made it feel small.

Dirty balcony and glass the whole trip.

The room itself and storage was okay.

The laundry service was excellent.
