We selected this cruise ship because it had good reviews for teenagers & we were bringing 2 teenage granddaughters. Our biggest problem on this cruise was related to our youngest granddaughter who is 12, & suffers from Cebral Palsy which has effected her ability to speak clearly. Three different occasions on this cruise, twice in the kids area, & once in the bowling alley the NCL employee mocked my challenged granddaughter, even after being told of her situation. This kind of thing is absolutely not acceptable.

We found the food to be generally good. The stateroom was very small, smaller than other cruise lines. Entertainment was above average. Other than the incidents with my granddaughter, all other employees were actually very nice & helpful.

We thought that arriving in Victoria BC at 6 pm was on the late side. Arriving earlier would have pridided a fuller day during daylight hours.
