Getting on the ship was one of the quickest and simplest we have ever experienced. Gave embarkation a 10. The embarkation staff was very friendly and quickly moved everyone thru. Of course what would an embarkation be w/o a few pictures. The ship was very clean inside and out and nicely decorated.. We had a great balcony room on the Caribe Deck. Balcony was very large compared to other ships we have sailed on though gets our vote for the smallest shower. Disappointed we didn't have one towel animal.

We opted for Anytime Dining which turned out to be a success after we met Mario. We tried to make a reservation for a party of 10 for around 6:30 and the hostess told us we could only do that for 5:45 or 7:45 and we explained that we had wanted to dine anytime not at the 1st or 2nd seating and she said that was not possible so we requested to speak to the Head Maitre D. Our waiter (Misha) and Assistant (Homer) were the best. They made our dinner every night a very enjoyable experience. The food was good, presentation excellent. Buffet was ok.

Cruise Director - Did we have one on the ship??? I have to say in all of our cruises - this is the 1st time we never saw the cruise director during the day - He only came out at night. Would give you a quick hello and move along - Never saw him speaking to passengers to see if they were having a good time or if there was anything that he or his staff could do. Very disappointed in that.
