We sailed on the Eclipse before and were very pleased with all aspects of the cruise by this time the food quality in the dining rooms was awful. Tried to eat I the main dining room 3 times and each time the quality of the food was terrible. The service staff were fine and apologetic for the quality of the food but couldn't recommend any better options. We ate in the cafeteria on the upper deck for the remainder of the cruise. The food was ok, but it was rhe same cafeteria type food each evening. Lunches and breakfasted were much better. One Broadway show was excellent but the other shows were average to poor. We have been on five other Celebrity cruises and always found the food, shows and service to be very good. We complained about the quality of the ship in our review but never received any response from celebrity. We will not be sailing on any more Celebrity ships.
