I chose this one to see new places. We originally scheduled a December cruise, but then granddaughter found out her school finals were going to be that week, so we changed to after her high school graduation in May to go. I knew beforehand that I would have obstacles as I am now wheelchair-bound and it was an older ship (ADA compliant 20%).
I wait to book an excursion after onboard - In trying to get an excursion booked, it was explained that there was a bus with lift in the ports, however there had to be 5 wheelchaired or scootered bodies before they would call it to the dock. I was the only one - of 3 & 4 different ships docked at the ports same time that ours was. So I couldn't go to any beach and swim again in those beautiful azure waters.
Hubby and I ventured off ship to the shops built off the docks, and enjoyed roaming - as much as could access - onboard. Food was good - we ate at both our assigned dining room and off the Lido Deck buffet bars We enjoyed the shows onboard The comedy was ok. Service was great - for our cabins and also the dining room and buffet bars.
Cabin was fine (we aren't ones to spend much time there). Being one for wheelchaired body, the shower was a bonus for hubby - he could keep standing up totally. Being right beside an elevator, the sounds of it operating didn't hinder our sleeping in that cabin a bit.
we roamed thru the shops that were beside the dock
we roamed thru the shops built near the docks. Daughter and Granddaughter did a stingray encounter which they very much enjoyed.
